This two-part program explores the space between literature and art, war and peace, and land and sea.

Delving into representations of Homerís Odyssey in the Smart Museum's†special exhibition†Classicisms†(April 20) and in the National Veterans Art Museumís†Vonnegut's Odyssey†(April 25), we will discuss how a personís return home from war crosses through the ages, and attempt to reveal the journey from soldier to civilian through a hands-on printmaking workshop.†

Both sessions will include a tour, brief discussion, and art-making component.
